Sano equipped TTR50. Man, that front fender is a big improvement. Looks
suspiciously like a CRF50 fender.
TTR50's are here and here to stay. They are the first
competition for the XR/CRF so far. The littlest Yammy has a couple of features
that sets it apart from the littlest Hondog, electric starting and an ugly front
fender. For kids you can't beat an electric start. I've taught kids and women
how to ride, and getting the bike going is one of the biggest fears they have.
Once they're rolling they're all set, but getting it motivated sends chills down
their spine. They don't want to get embarrassed by not being able to start the
bike. Yamaha has the cure.
I'm sure that soon someone will have a better looking front
fender available, just like Preston Petty did back in the day. Hey, maybe that's
my next calling.

You can get a GYT kit from Yamaha that
will hop the crap out of your TTR50. 81cc is the displacement after
you're done, but I'd bet you get good long lasting power. Yamaha wouldn't
sell it if it wasn't endurance tested. |

Lord Of The Rings...
The DR.D Step System is what sets us apart from other pipes and exhaust
technology.
The DR.D Step System’s unique precision-machined rings provide a defined
increase in pipe diameter which allows for a more efficient intake
stroke. The DR.D Step System does this by resisting the reflective
exhaust pulse during the intake and exhaust overlap. In plain language,
the carefully tuned steps in the system allow for a lower net cylinder
pressure during the intake stroke. This is why the DR.D Step System
yeilds crisper throttle response from bottom to top.
Construction
